Product Delivery Times

The vast majority of our items are held in stock, and we typically despatch on the day following receipt of your order. Delivery should be no more than 3 -5 days from this point.

Some of our items, such as the hand-painted glasses, are made to order and also require a curing process. Because of this, delivery times for these items may be up to a maximum of 15 days, but are usually much shorter.

In the run up to the Christmas period, delivery times may extend slightly, due to increased order volume and Christmas postal delays. Early ordering at that time of year is therefore advised in order to avoid disappointment.
