Returning Goods
When returning goods, the item(s) should be in original and unused condition, accompanied by the original packaging
For your own benefit, when returning items direct to Picture This, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.
Goods remain the property and responsibility of the customer until received by the Picture This Returns department.
Picture This accept no responsibility for any damage to the goods whilst in transit back to ourselves.
